Reminder YCN Midsummer Party, July 4th from 15.00

This is to remind you of the Midsummar party!
But we also have some new info about how to get to the Midsummer celebration place, a dead line for ordering a BBQ-grill, and a meeting spot for the evening!
The YCN Midsummer party of 2009 will be held on Saturday July 4th starting from 15.00.
This year we will celebrate Midsummer at Tamagawa Riverside, an open place by the riverside giving plenty of space for all of us, and for some dancing, singing and other fun stuff! The closest station is Futago Shinchi 二子新地 (on Denentoshi line).
When you travel from Shibuya to Futago Shinchi, please go out of the station to the left side and walk towards the river. We will be close to the bridge on the same side as the station, look for the Swedish flag. Below you will find a link of a map over the area where its allowed to have BBQ. The area where we will be in is marked with orange (and is the bottom one on the map).

This year YCN is offering on-time-use-barbequegrills (engångsgrillar) for 1000 yen/grill for the Midsummer party! The only thing you need to do to, in order to get one (or more) is to send an email (stating your name, a contact number and how many you would like) to the following adress:

Please note that the deadline to order a grill is Tuesday June 30th at 20.00.
However, we ask that you bring your own food to barbeque, and also beverages. If you do not wish to BBQ, please bring your own Picnic.
In the evening we will move the party into town, and you are most welcome to join us there, or celebrate with us the entire day. The place we will meet is Pub Heartland, Roppongi Hills, at 20.30.
ATTENTION: In case of heavy rain the outdoor event will be canceled, we will send out an email before noon in this case. However, the evening activity is still on!
So, please do come and celebrate midsummer with us! Enjoy an day filled with dance, songs, games and a barbeque!
Time: Saturday July 4th from 15.00
Place: Tawagawa (closest station: Futago Shinchi on Denentoshi line)
Bring: your own food to barbeque or a picnic, your own beverages, and something to sit on since the BBQ area is rocky.
