These are the people who are involved in organising events, sending out emails etc. Although we have our set responsibilities, we all try to help out where there is a need.
Please feel free to ask us anything during the events, or send us an email.

King spider - Jonatan My name is Jonatan Wik. I come from Uppsala, but spent quite a few years in Gothenburg as well. That was where I started to learn Japanese almost ten years ago. For some reason Japan has played an important role in my life since then. I have lived in Sapporo, Maibara, Shiga-ken and Tokyo. I think living in Japan enriches my life enourmously, but at the same time I am such a sucker for Sweden, Snaps and Song. That is why I am happy to be part of the YCN network. I believe this forum for Swedes and Japanese should be used and abused in every way we can think of. Meeting people with common interests and looking out for the next big thing. I am a business major, and salesman by profession, but dream of creative accomplishments and is proud to declare myself a cineast. Right now I have a thing for flat packed furniture. See you at the next YCN event! |

Spider - Joakim How do you do? My name is Joakim Kautto and I have moved between Sweden and Japan since 1999. I have experienced Japan through home stay, as a trainee in a pot plant school, as a student and now I am working in Tokyo. During these years YCN has been a meeting point for me and many others. YCN has given me the opportunity to get friends, try new activities but most of all given me precious memories. I want to work for this spirit and keep the good relations going strong! |
